Typically, the most reliable facts about the Gateway Pacific project are the legally required documents which were submitted to the State of Washington and the US Army Corps of Engineers on February 28, 2011 by SSA. These large documents can be found in our library for your own review (enter the acronym in the search field). The acronyms are JARPA (Joint Aquatic Resources Permit Application) and the six chapter PID (Project Information Document). We have assembled page extracts from those documents for this ad series to simplify finding information spread across about 25 megabytes of text, tables and drawings.
