Notice of Intent to prepare the EIS for Gateway Pacific Terminal issued

The Notice of Intent to prepare the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Gateway Pacific Terminal was issued this morning. Scoping will begin Monday, Sept. 24 and continue through January 21, 2013.
